Development and Delivery of Workplace Strategy and Design for the Flexible Workspace project
We were appointed by this large defense contractor to develop a new workplace environment for their offices across their UK Portfolio. The project required our team of experts to challenge the current ‘traditional’ approach previously adopted by their business, both from a design and management perspective.
We adopted our proven methodology, founded on a comprehensive program of engagement to understand and capture the business activities, team culture, core business processes, and current ways of working. The engagement was managed through surveys, key stakeholder interviews, visioning workshops with senior managers, and team workshops, attended by a range of representatives from across the business.
Building on the rich data sourced during the stakeholder engagement and workplace studies we developed, through co-design principles, a future workplace solution that provides an environment that is aligned to and supports the effective delivery of the client's business activities.
Following the successful implementation of the pilot project for the Sales and Business Development function, we have rolled out a further 7 projects, working across their three campuses within the UK. We continue to support this client and their 3,500 employees.
