Managing the Complex Relocation of Thomson Reuters HQ
Thomson Reuters is a multinational mass media and information company. iPWC were appointed to undertake a thorough workforce engagement programme to validate the business needs and workforce agility prior to a large relocation at their London HQ, Canary Wharf.
The client brief required our team to engage with all departments (which included 2000 Staff with 87 Move Champions) to ensure that their requirements had been fully understood, captured. We used our unique methodology and toolkit for the benefit of our client involving an indepth communication programme to all staff.
The overall project, including the relocating of their live newsroom was a success, driven in part by our teams approach to change , logistics, strategy and relocation management.
